Trident Hydraulics was established by Mike Forster back in 2002; Mike Forster has worked in the hydraulics industry for many years and has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of hydraulic circuit design, manufacture and installation. From their humble beginnings working out of a rented farm shed in Warwick, Trident have moved into new premises at the Holywell Business Park in Southam, Warwickshire.
Trident’s great strength over the years has been the ability to diversify and change, depending on market trends. It was this strategy, which led Trident into their present position within the Fluid Power Industry. Trident Hydraulics, design, build and deliver complete hydraulic systems and controls, using programmable relays & PLC’s (programmable logic controls) Trident power packs can perform a multitude of different functions for many different market sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, food & beverage, chemical, building & construction, agricultural and environmental recycling & waste management. Trident work with both large and small companies from a wide variety of different industries and understand the need for total client confidentiality.
Our in-house design engineers pride themselves on always moving forward with system design using state of the art 3D Solidworks CAD & FEA software to develop high spec hydraulic systems and controls. Using hydraulic and electronic controls Trident can take your company forward with full backup, following projects all the way through from concept to completion and installation, working hand in hand to achieve the solutions and products you require.
Trident is approved to ISO 9001; therefore all their customers can be assured of the highest quality implicit in the granting of such an approval. Trident believes that quality is assured during the manufacture process by the correct selection of machine and cutting tools in association with pre-manufacture planning. This policy is sustained by a process of continual assessment, up-grading and/or replacement, by the latest technology, of all equipment that contributes to Quality Assurance.
As the parent company Trident Hydraulics has also set-up the following firms to deliver a complete one-stop hydraulics business including Trident Hose & Mechanical Services, Trident Design Solutions, Trident Machining and Trident Electronics.

Hydraulic Gear Pumps & Motors
Tridenty Hydraulics stock a full range of hydraulic Gear Pumps and Motors, we have a large stock range to choose from for all design considerations.
Electric Motors
We also have a full range of electric motors including 3 phase and single phase.
Fabrication
Using our 3D design 'Solidworks' package we are able to design and manufacture sheet metal welded components and assemblies including tanks, enclosures, control boxes and panels.
Power Unit Accessories
We carry a broad array of power unit accessories including various sizes of filler breathers, suction filters, level-temp gauges, dip sticks, bell housings and drive couplings.
Valves and Accessories
We stock a full range of hydraulic valves including the full Cetop range, we also stock Cartridge, Inline, Flange mounted, Proportional with Electronic cards, and mobile valves. Here at Trident we design systems to suit your needs such as Manifold and valve assemblies designed for confined spaces and specific applications.
We supply a full range of hydraulic hoses which are available to order.
Trident hold a large variety of hydraulic accessories such as pressure gauges, clogging indicators, return line filters, pressure line filters and replacement elements.
