Our in-house design engineering team utilises the lastest 3D CAD Solidworks package to design and develop our hydraulic circuits and controls. We attempt to tackle any problem or issue that you want us to investigate and follow progress of the design with you step-by-step.

Trident systematically document the design process, which is ISO 9001-approved.  All our designs are stress tested thoroughly during the design and manufacture process, using Finite Element Analysis studies, this testing is beneficial for the success of the final design proposal.

Trident’s design group over the past few years have taken on board more & more projects outside their own field and are now capable of putting together specialist teams to manage these projects from concept through to completion. They are able to draw on the strengths of industrial designers, mechanical and electrical/electronic engineers, graphic designers, model makers and production engineers combined with a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing, production, worldwide procurement, and quality management which enables them to produce cost effective & viable solutions.

We involve our customer’s in every stage of the process so that they are able to monitor progress from beginning to end. This also applies to manufacturing & production as we firmly believe that this approach reduces the risk factor in getting the product to market on time, and importantly keeping development costs to an absolute minimum.

The management team of Trident recognised that a lot of companies they dealt with did not have 2D or 3D CAD software to develop the own products or employees who had no CAD training but had years of experience which with CAD training would make them more effective in their jobs.

Trident took a decision to market the state of the art 3D solid modelling package from Solidworks, which is rapidly becoming an industry standard. As part of this service Trident set up a CAD training facility for their customers employees and by tailoring courses specifically to the needs of the customer, ensures training budgets are affordable.  Again this is where Trident's wealth of experience can be drawn upon to ensure that both experienced and non experienced employees can benefit.
